The crash, sudden and severe, resulted in both occupants being rushed to Mercy Medical Center with serious injuries. Despite the best efforts of medical staff, Peggy passed away that same day from the injuries she sustained.
Peggy was a woman of deep connections and lasting impact. To her family, she was a devoted mother, sister, and friend; to her community, she was a source of warmth, kindness, and joy.
